Michelle Shaw’s performance at Beacon Lighthouse is one of enthusiasm and excellence. She absolutely loves her position as Press Operator, and it shows in her superior quality work. Michelle’s fun-loving personality gives others reason to like her. That contagious smile always stays on her face.

Michelle was raised in St. Louis. She is a proud and devoted mother of two beautiful daughters. Destiny and Haley, who both currently live in Virginia. Her oldest daughter attends the University of West Virginia. After her graduation in a few weeks, the youngest plans to attend the University at the start of the next semester.

Michelle relocated to Wichita Falls, Texas in 2016 and joined the Beacon family in November of that year. Since that time, she has been a great asset to the company. Michelle set her long-term goals toward her continued rise in the ranks within Beacon Lighthouse for the Blind.
