White Cane Day Annual Event

Please join us for our annual White Cane Day walk and community picnic.

The mission of White Cane Day is to educate the public about blindness and show how the blind and visually impaired can live and work independently. We will begin and end our mile walk here at Beacon. Following the walk, you are invited to join us for a picnic.

Employment Opportunity

Beacon Lighthouse is currently seeking qualified candidates with the Manufacturing Department.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally blind
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be team oriented with a strong work ethic
