All requesting a return must request an RGA number

No return credit will be issued beyond 90 days of the initial purchase

All returns requests must include the PO number and date of purchase

All returns items must be in it's original unopened packaging and no credit will be issued until item has been received and inspected.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items that have been authorized and approved. The purchaser is required to pay all freight charges.
