Please be understanding that we hire people with all sorts of disabilities that includes people that are blind and visually impaired. These terms are subject to change so please check in every so often to see the updated polices for the online store. Prices are subject to change and we will ship within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are willing to ship to a third party within the US to ship over seas, the freight after the drop off at the third party is not our responisblility.
Pick-Up Policy
If you indicate that you will be picking up the items here at Beacon Lighthouse Inc. You will still be held to the our standard policies and our Pick-Up policy as well.
We will hold all orders made through our online store that are designated for pick-up for up to 7 business days. You can pick up the items by visiting at our normal business hours, from 9am to 3pm, only.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all non-pick-up orders past our 7 business days that has been authorized and approved.
Any returns after leaving the building will be done by following our return policy and by bring the item or items back during normal business hours only, from 9am to 3pm. Items need to still be in the packaging and unused.
When picking up your products you will need the Order ID, Full Name, and an receipt connected to the order to help identify you.
If you have a mixed order, you have a shipping and a pick-up of products, then all relevant policies will still apply.
